Came here from the Wim Hof Uncensored group. This app doesn’t have the same functionality plus the creator is not a nice person on the group. He bans anyone who talks about the original app. I’m surprised Wim hasn’t approached the creator with legal action as it has to be a conflict of interest to use the Wim group to gain app downloads.

I use this app every day for WHM breathing and I use the timer for cold showers.  Works great and I love that it keeps history. I’m not sure if it’s just my iPhone 12 or not but the spoken voice meditations only work through headphones. Overall, this app is awesome and I love it
