I started to use Take Less Meds and noticed right away that having an advocate in my pocket was a big help with setting goals and stacking good habits to get there!
I’m down 70 pounds in 6 months and looking for more. People are blown away at my progress. Thanks for the coaching and guidance with the TLM app! Where can I buy a glucose and oxygen monitor for my blood?
