They left us stranded at the airport after lying saying that a taxi was on the way. After 40 minutes we called and they said that a taxi wasn’t even on the way. Abysmal customer service. ### 1/5 — Bad customer service, very rude office people *2019-11-25* The taxi drivers aren’t the problem, it’s the office when you call them making a complaint, they lack empathy and have zero good customer service, I have been using them for 2 years and you finally lost a loyal customer because of your rudeness ### 1/5 — Disappointed *2019-04-05* I had been using Heritage for over a year with great service. Always on time sending polite and helpful driver. I no longer use their service due to an aggressive driver who told me that my 3.50 fair was nothing and that he had plenty of money (pulled out a wad of money from his pocket waving it at me) he proceeded to tell me that he had plenty of women ready to give him blow jobs, that maybe I could give him a blow job and that I was clearly a low life due to where I lived. All because I was cross that my shopping had spilled out in the back of his car due to his erratic driving. And that I would report is rude behaviour to the company he worked for. His car also smelt of weed, although that could be due to the previous driver but also would account for his atrocious behaviour. I reported the incident to the company and the police. The company said their management would call to discuss it further. This happened about 6 weeks ago and I have heard nothing from them. For that reason I no longer use them as it was a very unsettling incident. I realised to what extent it shook me up when a young Uber driver who fitted the same description picked me up yesterday and I panicked. He was however, kind polite and very helpful. Considering the level of abuse I received from one of their drivers I’m shocked they did not take time to call me back and check on my welfare. ### 1/5 — Unhappy *2018-11-18* I’ve used Heritage for years and in general they have been super. but tonight they have let me down on a massive scale. Not only did the taxi NOT arrive after calling them THREE times twice the phone was put down on me mid conversation eventually I was told the cab is no where near me I ended up having to take a black cab at a big expensive to myself. Very disappointed ### 1/5 — Terrible! *2018-10-15* This company is terrible! People are rude and even when you book in advance they don’t guarantee to be on time! ### 1/5 — Rubbish app? *2017-12-07* Heritage clearly don’t check bookings made via this app, which makes it useless. The tracking function is useless and whilst there is a card payment option, the functionality doesn’t work. ### 1/5 — Honestly DON'T BOTHER! *2016-03-22* Ordered a cab with a waiting time of 2 minutes, ended up waiting 1 HOUR for a cab that never showed! Rang customer service and was given the worst treatment, didn't even receive an apology. If I was able to give it 0 ratings I would. DON'T WASTE YOU TIME. ### 2/5 — Credit card payments not working *2023-06-10* Paying by account isn’t working on iOS as there’s no way to press enter after being prompted for the three digit security number.
