Totally rubbish. Why your app has decided I live a mile further away than I do on a totally different street?!?! Don’t bother. Can’t change pick up time. A three year old could do better. 🙄 ### 1/5 — App doesn’t work *2019-11-17, version 32.0.2* Doesn’t even send me the sms code to verify my number so can not use the app!! ### 1/5 — From good to bad *2019-10-02, version 32.0.2* Been using the app for sometime now but the service is now terrible with cars not arriving on time and some not arriving at all. Some drivers don’t know where they are going and ignore their sat navs and take longer routes. The surcharge on the meter seems to be different every time you use them. I ended up setting up a new account as it never emailed me the "forgotten" password. The GPS is rarely correct which has resulted in taxi drivers getting angry at ME, don't bother with the app just ring the company. Miserable and unhelpful as they usually are. ### 1/5 — Doesn't work *2016-07-11, version 11.3.1* App worked perfectly fine for months until it logged me out unexpectedly, I tried every password I have ever used (I have the same passwords for everything so it isn't many) after not letting me in with any of my passwords I opted for the 'forgot my password' button to which it said they had sent an email to me to reset my password... The emails never came and I am still locked out my account. Contacted TC Cars and they said no one knows anything about the app or how it works internally. ### 1/5 — Terrible app *2016-06-10, version 11.2.1* Cant login to my account, apparently password invalid. Tried to reset my password but it doesn't allow you to. Payment for the journey was taken for the journey straight away. However, the company then cancelled the job shortly before they were due to collect me, having already taken payment for the journey in advance. Cannot obtain a refund. I was also left stranded. ### 1/5 — Notification spam *2023-11-17, version 3334.3.26* You spam me with ads in your push notifications, you get a one-star review. ### 1/5 — Don’t bother they are unreliable *2023-08-10, version 3334.0.17* Pre booked a taxi and 10 mins after scheduled time it didn’t turn up?? Cancelled and got an Uber within 2 mins! I will stick to Uber as it’s pointless pre booking if they don’t turn up?? ### 1/5 — Tv *2023-06-16, version 3334.0.17* Waste of time ### 1/5 — Slow, and usless *2023-03-30, version 3334.0.17* The app is slow sometimes even booking a taxi it doesn’t even show where the taxi is sometimes it does, then having to make a preauthorised payment almost double the price is ridiculous, especially when I use two taxis a day for work. Gone back to Uber, Costa a bit more but at least it’s quicker than this trash of an app. ### 1/5 — Waste of time *2022-08-27, version 33.5.35* It takes money off your card before it even finds your journey & if it can’t find you a taxi it takes 3 days to refund. Absolute pisstake ### 1/5 — Shocking *2022-01-17, version 33.4.22* Isn’t the same anymore shocking booked a taxi for 19 at 9 and then had to wait 1hr then for them to tell me they had no drivers ### 1/5 — Better off calling *2021-09-25, version 33.3.13* Used the app quite a few times and didn’t have any major issues but recently had bad experience. Waited for 30 minutes for a taxi with no idea of waiting time as the app doesn’t update the drivers location very well. Called up and said there was no drivers in the area so a lot of wasted time. I ordered the night before as it was a early flight & right from the start it was as simple as anything to do.
