Create notes with ease choosing from multiple templates.
Combine multiple sources of information – text, photos, images, sketches or audio.
Create your own style – use tables, to-do lists or highlighted text.
Be more organized – group notes concerning given topic into one notebook.
Schedule REMINDER for note – to review or just to have a look on it.
SET LOCATION for note – search location by name or address, or just swipe the map to the desired location. GET DIRECTIONS to that location.

WORK OFFLINE 
You can still create, edit and delete notes when you do not have an Internet connection. Take Rich Notes will cache your changes and sync back to your iCloud account next time you are online.

More features are included in the Premium plan available through monthly and yearly auto-renewable subscription.
The Premium plan includes as follows:
– Unlimited number of notes;
– All predefined and custom templates;
– All editing options, such as using tables;
– Search in notes;
– Ads free;
– All predefined and custom notebooks;
– All predefined and custom intervals to use for reminders;
– Unlimited number of location’s directions;
– All predefined and custom periods, including unlimited, for data history duration.
Auto-Renewable Subscription payment will be charged to your iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase. Unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period, your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. Your account will be charged at the cost of the subscription plan you have chosen.
You can cancel the auto-renew subscription at any time from the account settings on iTunes, but we are unable to issue refunds for any pay periods that have already been billed.

Somewhat decent selection of templates, definitely needs more improvement. My main issue was the overall unpleasent appearance of this app and it's giminky quality This app was not only painful to look at with in-your-face clashing colors and a clunky interface, but made it challenging to navigate and figure out. It was so unappealing to look at, though, that I didn't want to take the time to learn how to work this app.
