## What is Take the Stairs Coach?

Take the Stairs is an AI-powered personalized fitness and wellness app built for people most fitness apps forget — Parkinson's, wheelchair users, post-surgery recovery, active seniors, and everyone in between.

WHAT'S DIFFERENT

Five Paths. One fits you:
• Steady Steps — Parkinson's & neurological
• Roll With It — wheelchair adaptive
• Keep Healing — recovery, post-op, chronic conditions
• Keep It Moving — active 60+
• Full Climb — full mobility for athletes, parents, students, professionals

The same app. A completely different plan, depending on the path you pick.

HOW IT WORKS

Every 5 days, your coach builds a new cycle around YOUR body — your weight, height, age, conditions, mobility, training preferences, diet style, and what you wrote in your own words during onboarding. Then it adapts to your progress.

Each cycle includes:
• My Stairs — a daily movement checklist scaled to your path and condition
• My Kitchen — 5 days of meals + a grocery list, body-weight-scaled with real nutrition rationale
• A coach voice — the same warm, knowledgeable tone across in-app and email
• Earned Elevator Days — guilt-free rest days, built into the cycle

WHO IT'S BUILT FOR

People consumer fitness apps treat as edge cases:
• Parkinson's users — large-amplitude movement, dual-task balance work, and condition-aware meal timing
• Wheelchair users — seated and adaptive movement, real range across modalities
• Post-surgery / recovery — paced load, gentle progression, condition-aware nutrition
• Active 60+ — fall-prevention nutrition, sarcopenia-aware strength work
• Anyone managing a chronic condition — diabetes, hypertension, heart disease, GERD, osteoporosis, anemia, gout, and more

CAREGIVER MODE

Caring for someone? The plan is built for them, but the instructions speak to YOU — "Help your parent do the morning seated stretch" instead of "Do the morning seated stretch."

55 FIT 5 CHALLENGE

An optional 55-day challenge for anyone whose path is ready for it. Move every day at a dose your body can sustain. That's 11 cycles. Take it or leave it — the app works either way.

PRICING

$5.59 per month, with a 5-day free trial. Your first complete cycle is on the house. Cancel anytime in your Apple ID subscription settings.

PRIVACY

We never sell your data. We never collect a phone number. Your wellness profile is sent to the AI to build your plan. Full details at takethestairs55fit5.com/privacy.html.
