I have just set up all my assets, my workforce, assigned Admins and inspectors and started assigning the WR codes to the equipment. All very simple and a very effective way to track all inspections, assets and defects. It also gives me a great dashboard to monitor servicing, repairs and look at the costs for each asset.

We’ve replaced our paper based processes for truck inspections and given more visibility of problems to management. We can also see at a glance if the regime is being adhered to.

We have lots of different types of assets & machinery to check so this app makes it really easy to check daily or weekly with an appropriate checklist for each different type. 
It has a great dashboard where you can see the checks made, spot any that are overdue and see any that have a problem reported. They work with the easy to use good to go yellow tags - with an easy wipe off green good to go or red do not use for good visibility by all staff.

We have been using Take Aim for several years across a number of sites. It is easy to use and helps give us a clear picture of the condition of our assets - and arrange repairs where they may be needed.
