I then decided to test the English to German translation with a German colleague of mine. There was a translator available, but the connection was so bad, we spent over a minute just trying to get it to work before giving up. And guess what? if not for the free trial, we would've been charged for that minute. I would recommend holding off on this until they work out the issues with the voice connection (and perhaps get a bigger pool of translators). Very clever concept.
