I waited 2.5 hours in Germany. I was sent a time that it was still in transit even though it should have been at my place like an hour ago. Then I got a notification that my order had arrived. Their support does not work only call. If you are a tourist and don't know German, they won't help you. I went through my order for 2.5 hours and it never arrived. Never take delivery here. Finally when I got tired of waiting I asked for refund and to cancel my order, and suddenly they could not do that and said to me that I have to wait for my order to come. The app is trash and laggy, the customer support lacks the main idea of it “support customer”, and you have to wait for your food to arrive for two hours and no refund, nothing, not even asking the customer service for it will help. Other than that, the orders never arrive. The arrival time is a total joke. I’ve watched it jump from 5 mins to 24 minutes, you can’t contact the delivery person and it will show up as delivered even thought it wasn’t. Alte Takeaway App - perfekt! ### 5/5 — Zum Glück… *2024-06-15* …gibt es diesen Fallback zur Take Away App, nachdem man sich bei der Lieferando App dafür entschieden hat, die Entwicklung in die Hände von jemandem zu geben, bei dem man sich nur ernsthaft fragen kann, was dieser Mensch eigentlich beruflich macht… Hier hingegen hat man den gewohnten Funktionsumfang, der auch so funktioniert, wie erwartet. Also das Gegenteil zur „neuen“ Lieferando App, wo man sich entschieden hat, essenzielle Funktionen zu streichen, die jeder täglich nutzt. Alles beim Alten, alles funktioniert. Ich bete mal zu allen Göttern, dass diese App auch noch weiter ihren Dienst tut.
