Our school starts all rolls from the knees to cut back on injuries and I have always felt like I was starting each roll behind the eight ball? (No idea or strategy how to start effectively). NO MORE! After one viewing, I rolled the next class with a clear idea of how to start each roll. Besides, it was worth the money to see Roy Dean as a blue belt with big hair.....and Prof Harris in wrestling shoes! :) Video quality is poor compared to the new HD stuff but the content is so good and useful that it is easily over looked.
