## What is TakeMySpot Parking?

TakeMySpot makes it easy for residents in condos and high‑rises to share private parking spots—without the chaos.
Residents can post when their spot is available, browse openings by date, and book a spot for the times they need. Spot owners can review and approve requests (or allow instant bookings, depending on building rules). Managers stay in control with building-level permissions and approvals, so access stays secure and disputes are minimized.
It’s a simple, mobile-first way to turn unused parking time into a smooth, organized sharing system for the whole community.
