Make your choice and a delivery hero will hook you up with your favorite food, traffic-free and hassle-free. Choose that awesome dish you love then sit back and relax while we come to you. Status Updates: Once your order is on the way, your app keeps you in the loop. You’ll know the whereabouts and arrival time of your food and can greet it with fork in hand. Order Ahead: We all know that burrito craving will hit you in a week or two. Don’t wait ‘til the last minute. Order as far in advance as you need, and when the time comes we’ll place your order and whisk it to you while you sit back and relax. Can’t order anything, very frustrating ### 1/5 — Use anything else *2024-01-25, version 1.13.8* Unfortunately this is a terrible app. The availability of different local vendors is very limited, and fees are too high. To add insult to injury, I received a gift card for this app due to a cancer diagnosis, but they will not store your gift card information in their app, requiring you to add it every single time. It seems fairly clear that this is in hopes that you will lose the code, and that they will be able to take your money. I received a separate gift card for DoorDash, and have been very pleased with it. For your sake, learn from my mistake and don’t use Takeout Central for anything ### 5/5 — Latest update keeps crashing on iOS *2023-02-27* Can’t get a single order to complete due to the app crashing. When the flying TC icon appears on the screen while ordering, all operability ceases and the app crashes, so u are in a death spiral of not being able to complete the order, losing all your input when you start the app again. This is garbage, and I can’t believe no one has reported this yet. ### 2/5 — Can’t add gift card credit *2023-01-20, version 1.11.0* This app is fine, but the inability to add and save a gift card as credit to your account is a major flaw. Instead, you have to save the email with the gift card code, and enter it manually each time you use it. This seems purposely designed to encourage people to lose their gift card code, and is also just a pain. I would look to other options instead ### 1/5 — They do not care about you *2022-07-16* The service is a fly by night operation. They take your orders and don’t even place the order until 50 minutes after you used the app. When you call customer service they will then lie and tell you that they had just placed to order and then wait another 10 minutes before actually doing so. Then on top of lying to your face the customer ‘service’ agents talk over you, are absolutely unconcerned. about your experience and just repeat the same excuses over and over. Then to top it all off after the food is an hour late they will not cancel or refund your order. DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS. ### 1/5 — App not working well *2022-01-18* Not signing me in automatically. Not recalling passwords. Having to frequently change password. App is currently a mess.
