Won’t even respond to your chat
My food went with the wrong driver for a while then dropped off with a new one and two hours after I ordered it showed up ice cold and I threw it in the trash
Naturally no response from them
Deleted app and leaving a bad review on EVERY platform

My (what was supposed to be a) 30 minute order turned into an hour and 20 minutes later that my food arrived. Not worth it. Worse than literally ANY other food delivery app.

The customer service is just awful. Used to be good when it was locally run. My pizza got dropped. It was too late to replace it and they tried to haggle on the refund. Offered to refund a little more than half the charge for inedible food. Wouldn’t refund their service charge. They’re more than happy to stiff the restaurant but they still get paid. It’s no wonder more restaurants don’t use them.

Just found out they actually add to the prices of items from restaurants on top of charging booking fees and extra fees disguised in the tax area. Will never use this company again! Bitesquad is a rip off!!!
