## What is Takepath?

Bring your script, takes and edits together in one focused video workspace.

Takepath helps you prepare what to say, record with a teleprompter, and review your footage before sharing. Keep each project's script and takes together, or import a video from Photos to start editing.

PREPARE YOUR SCRIPT
Write or paste your script and choose a comfortable teleprompter text size and reading pace. Keep your words alongside your project, ready for your next take.

REVIEW WITH ROOM TO WORK
Choose a workspace that fits the way you work. Choose a vertical or horizontal preview canvas and navigate your recording on the timeline. The preview canvas changes your workspace, not the video's output format.

MAKE CUTS YOU CAN CHANGE
Remove an unwanted passage, preview the rough cut, and undo or redo your decisions. Your original recording stays unchanged. Imported videos can be cut manually even when speech recognition is unavailable.

SAVE AND SHARE
Export your edited video, save it to Photos, or share it using the system share sheet. Progress feedback keeps you informed while operations are running.

KEEP YOUR WORK LOCAL
Projects, scripts and media stay on your device. Takepath does not upload them to the developer's servers. No account is required, and the app includes no advertising or third-party analytics.

Requires iOS 27.0 or later. Projects, scripts, video import, editing, export and Rear Pro recording are available on supported iPhones. Additional camera modes and adaptive layouts depend on device hardware and iOS version.

The app interface is in English. Recording requires camera and microphone permission. Speech features depend on device and language support; downloading language models may require an internet connection. Saving to Photos requires permission to add videos.
