I got this app because my school was the first one to be picked to try it. At first, I thought it was a bit bad, but as I used it more, it helped me deal with stress and sometimes I use it before a test to make me calm and ready. The meditation sounds/ exercises and very good and and I do it at night. I do the tiny mind activity more often as it’s good for every day. I would recommend this app for all ages!!! 👏👍😌
