The “budget price” is a bait — you’ll pay almost double with all the hidden charges. Cash dealings are red flag for me. Skip or research well!

Booked a tour to niagara falls and im really happy to say that me and my family really enjoyed this trip. Our tour guide was cooperative and everything was handled in an extremely professional and timely manner. Definitely look forward to booking a tour from this app again

Just took 4 days tour to Canadian Rockies with tour operator Westar.   The tour guide for day 2 and 3 is such a nice lady but I think she was so unorganized and unprofessional.  Probably for the customers who speak mandarin understood her better but for us who dont speak the language had difficult times to understand what she was trying to communicate.   She talked about admin stuff the whole times, why not just put everything on the piece of sheet so we can take a pic? 

Also, there was no communication from Westar which hotel we were going to stay on the first day.   This is not acceptable because 1.  We need to put address to fill out arrivescan apps. 
2.  It means that we had to pay $25 for pick up thru Westar.   My flight arrived at 11:15 am and we didnt leave the airport until close to 1 pm. 

I heard that there were 3 people that werent picked up by the driver at the airport at all.   I think she is a nice person but she is too rude for tourism industry.  I have been traveling to more than 30 countries, this tour with westar was the worst.

I downloaded and one month ahead booked on app and they cancelled trip after booked before in one week and I rebooked again for my trip charge my credit card. Try to reach out to them no one pick up the call or reply your email. I have to call everyday NO One answer after they charged on my credit card. This app is Totally ROB

We’re just arriving from the 4-Day Niagara Falls, Toronto, Montreal Tour from New York/New Jersey. We highly recommend. The tour guide Borris was an exceptional host and we really enjoyed his service throughout the entire trip. Highly recommend. Thank you Borris for your service and making our trip one to remember.

I would recommend this tour! Thank you to our tour guide Alex for making this day tour to DC not only fun but also a safe one. 
This is our first time to take a bus tour from this company but based on the wonderful experience we had yesterday, the rest of my family and I are already planning to take the next bus tour. 
I also appreciate that when I asked a favor to save the seat I asked for my daughter, they granted my request right away for no extra charge. 
Your TOUR is the BEST! Thanks again!
