## What is taktLife?

taktLife turns what you're already doing into lasting knowledge.
Create flashcards in seconds with AI, or write your own. A modern spaced-repetition engine (FSRS) then schedules every card at the exact moment you're about to forget it, so you study less and remember more.
WHY taktLife
• AI card generation. Paste a note, a phrase, or a concept and get clean, ready-to-review cards
• Smart scheduling with FSRS, the current state of the art in spaced repetition
• Multi-language text-to-speech for real pronunciation practice
• Offline-first : Your reviews work anywhere, no connection required
• Privacy-first Your cards stay yours; nothing is sold or shared
• Built for language learners heading somewhere new, and for anyone who wants work to become knowledge
FOR MAKERS
taktLife has an open "destination layer": push cards straight from your own AI tools via a personal API token and MCP. Everything lands in a review queue you curate before it enters your deck.
Learn a language before your trip. Retain what you read. Turn work into knowledge.
