## What is Takumasu?

Takumasu is a focused strength-training log for tracking every set, weight, and body change.

Not sure what to train today? Choose one of 12 practical workout menus and move directly into set logging. Beginner, split, and quick-session menus make the first set easier to start.

WHAT YOU CAN DO
• Choose from 12 workout menus, including beginner, push, pull, legs, upper body, lower body, and 15-minute sessions
• See suggested exercises, sets, and reps for each menu
• Open set logging directly from an exercise
• Log sets and weight for 14 exercises
• See daily reps, exercise count, and training volume
• Capture progress photos and compare them with a Before/After slider
• See which exercises you already logged today inside each menu

The free version includes five exercises, three beginner menus, and up to three progress photos.

The displayed sets and reps are starting suggestions. Adjust them to your condition and stop exercising if you feel pain or strong discomfort.
