I really dislike this app so much that’s why I’ve decided to write this review. The app does not function correctly. It is terrible. You can’t even log in as a creator as it sends you auth code then it says it’s expired in less than 10seconds. When you attempt to report these issues to Takumi via email they don’t do anything or take weeks to get back to you. As a creator, don’t even waste your time going via app route for opportunities. Just try and contact them through emails… but prepare to wait weeks for a simple response. I’ve done several campaigns with them over the years and they used to be great, but the last 2 collabs were constant battle to make them pay for MY WORK!!! Now the app stopped working, the CEO blocked me (literally everywhere) and none of the team members reply to my emails. TAKUMI, you owe me £700 and I will do everything I possibly can to make you pay for the content. There’s a group on Facebook where other creators shared the same issues as mine. I worked with them, completed my agreed upon content and was never compensated. After numerous attempts to reach out to multiple members of their team, there has been no response. We emailed several times and the owner was supposedly cc’d in the email. However, we did not receive any update or status on when we would receive payment. ### 1/5 — Takes forever to get paid!! *2024-06-18* Took over 90 days to get paid! Hard to get a response from anyone, takes weeks. Payment was a month late (after waiting 90 days) they kept giving me the run around and took weeks just to get an update on why payment was delayed, still never got a reason only an “estimated” time of payout.
