The first and foremost as mentioned above is the authentication on safari being blatantly denied 

Secondly through the app many pages cant be zoomed, making it very difficult to read long content 

The app loads as though site is loading. Not a very pleasant app experience.

I tried to log in the through ITS52 ID but the app showed
"Access Denied! If you are using Internet Explorer kindly use chrome or Firefox as IE doesn't support authentication"
Please fix this problem.
