وبرضو النقاط ارجوكم وقفتم استبدال الفلوس بالنقاط ولا لسا اقدر احول نقاطي فلوس؟ انا بموتتتتتتتتتت قولوا لي كيف احول نقاطي فلوس

تجربتي مع التطبيق كانت محبطة جدًا، خصوصًا لأن الخدمة مرتبطة بمجال حساس ومهم مثل الصحة النفسية.

واجهت مشكلة تقنية من جهة النظام/السيرفر منعتني من الوصول إلى صفحة المواعيد، وبالتالي لم أستطع حجز موعد جديد أو حضور مواعيد كانت محجوزة مسبقًا. تواصلت مع خدمة العملاء لمدة ٤ أيام، لكن للأسف كانت الردود عامة ومتكررة مثل "بنشوف المشكلة" بدون أي تحديث واضح، أو وقت محدد للحل، أو حتى تقديم بدائل مؤقتة مثل رابط مباشر للجلسة أو وسيلة للتواصل مع الطبيبة.

المشكلة ليست فقط في حدوث عطل تقني، فهذا ممكن أن يحدث لأي منصة، لكن المشكلة الحقيقية كانت في طريقة التعامل مع العطل: غياب المتابعة، ضعف التواصل، وعدم وجود حل بديل لخدمة يفترض أنها تقدم دعمًا ورعاية نفسية.

منصة تضم عددًا من المختصين في المجال الطبي تحتاج إلى مستوى أعلى بكثير من الاحترافية في الجانب التقني وخدمة العملاء، لأن تأخير الوصول للجلسات قد يؤثر على تجربة المريض واحتياجه للعلاج.

أتمنى تحسين آلية التعامل مع المشاكل التقنية، وتوفير فريق دعم أكثر استجابة واحترافية يحترم وقت واحتياجات المستخدم

التطبيق والموقع حقهم مخترق، غير آمن وضعيفين بحماية بيانات المستفيدين، غير كذا المخترق ارسل للجميع رسالة: شركة نصابة. الحمدالله اني ماكملت حجزي عندهم🙏🏻. وجب علي تحذير الجميع لان الموضوع حساس.
