## What is TalentExcellence?

TalentExcellence supports the continuous dialogue about performance and professional development between employee and manager. And the tool supports real-time feedback between collegues. The app is connected to the web-version of TalentExcellence and enriches this by making it very easy to make actively working on the achievement of your goals part of your daily work.

• Employees and managers can work together on realizing goals, step-by-step, through frequent easy alignment
• Real-time, useful feedback from colleagues strengthens your ability to make progress  
• The app does not only keep your goals in sight, it also gives you access to the accountabilities (job description) and behavioral requirements that come with the job. So all inputs that give you direction in your daily work are brought together for full clarity.
• As a manager, you have access to all this information as well, to enable you to coach your team members effectively.
• Making notes on anything that attracts your attention on these matters is easy; these will make your next conversations even more valuable.
