## What is TalentHub365?

TalentHub365 is the complete platform for running sports trials, tryouts and talent ID events, and then your squad's sessions and matches — from application to final selection, squad registration and match day, on your phone or any device.

Built with grassroots football organisations and now supporting 12 sports: football, futsal, netball, rugby union, rugby league, hockey, basketball, cricket, athletics, tennis, volleyball and lacrosse. Pick a sport and everything adapts — application form fields, playing positions, formations, terminology and evaluation tags.

RUN THE WHOLE TRIAL IN ONE PLACE
• Public application links and QR codes — players and parents apply from any device, no sign-up needed
• Share posters — generate a ready-to-post graphic for socials in one tap, no design tools
• Applicant pipeline — Submitted → Under Review → Shortlisted → Invited, with status, attendance and notes on every player
• Step-by-step event creation with sport-adapted registration forms
• Team & bib generator — balanced session groups with bib numbers and colours

EVALUATE FROM THE TOUCHLINE
• Star ratings, observations and sport-specific evaluation tags, captured live
• Works offline — a dead spot at the venue never costs you a note
• Multiple evaluators can score the same players in parallel

TELL EVERY FAMILY, THEN REGISTER YOUR SQUAD
• Outcome emails by cohort — successful, reserve and considerate rejections, each in one send, every send logged
• Season registration by personal link — emergency contacts, consents and a photo, completed by families in minutes
• Medical details encrypted, with every access audited
• Automatic chasers for outstanding registrations

PLAN MATCH DAY
• Sessions and matches made from your squad in two taps, with families accepting from their own link
• Match plan — your formation, who starts, who comes on each quarter and the cover for every place
• Everyone's share of the match set by you, with a saved plan B for another formation or a missing player
• Swap players or drag them on the pitch when plans change on the day
• Match brief — each player sees their own shirt, where they start or when they come on, and one thing to focus on
• The substitution plan stays with the coach; players see only their own part

BUILD PLAYER PATHWAYS
• Player profiles with trial history connected across events and seasons
• Track multi-sport athletes across your programmes
• Turn evaluation outcomes into tasks, communications and next steps

FOR YOUR WHOLE TEAM
• Coach, scout and evaluator roles with the right access for each
• Branded email templates for invites, updates and outcomes
• CSV/XLSX import with mapping templates

FOR PLAYERS & PARENTS
• Find a Trial — browse open trials and talent ID events and apply in minutes, no account needed
• Instant confirmation email for every application
• A personal page for every session and match — accept or decline, meet time, address and directions

Every feature, unlimited events and unlimited seats are free for every club while TalentHub365 is in early access — no card required, and founding clubs get 50% off their first paid year when pricing begins. ## Version history (last 5 releases)

### 4.4.11 — 2026-10-09

Settings, squad fees and a quicker first event.
• Account Settings: a Settings tab and a Templates tab, with Events and Squads sections. Save, rename and delete club emails there, and see each email's type.
• Club emails: an email saved once is offered on every event's and squad's Send Message, and a word the send can't fill is flagged before it goes.
• Squad fees: set the squad's fee and currency on Edit Squad, mark who has paid on Squad Players, and let your treasurer mark players paid from a squad sheet link. The overview shows the fee and who's outstanding.
• Edit Event: a bigger Save Event bar, and a warning before you leave with unsaved changes.
• Duplicate Event asks for the copy's dates, not just its title.
• Club owners and admins can delete any of the club's events.
• A new club's Home starts with Create your first event, and an event with no applications yet offers its link, QR code and poster at the top.
• Sign-in: the app now confirms itself with our server before requesting a sign-in code, and says plainly if it can't.

### 4.4.9 — 2026-10-06

Fixes and improvements:
• Club owners and admins can run any of their club's events without being added to each one.
• Going back to the Players list keeps your place, including players loaded with Load more.
• If iOS closes the app's saved data while your phone is locked, the app now recovers by itself.

### 4.4.8 — 2026-10-05

Fixes and improvements:
• If iOS closes the app's saved data while your phone is locked, the app now recovers by itself instead of failing to load until you close and reopen it.
• Clubs in the United States are recognised more reliably when they sign up, so dates, times and wording appear in US English from the start.

### 4.4.7 — 2026-10-04

Picking your match day squad, made easier. TalentHub365 4.4.7 brings attendance and match stats to your squads.

• Squad insights: see each player's training and match attendance over the last 30 days and the season, their last session and last match, and when they were last seen. Filter by who attended last session, who's missed two, who's owed a game, or who hasn't been seen for 30 days, then add the players you pick straight to your next match.
• Sessions and matches can belong to a squad: choose the squad on Edit Event, and every squad player counts towards attendance, even those not added to the session.
• Goals and assists: tap + or − on each player's card on a match's Players tab, and the totals show on your squad insights.
• Match attendance comes from your match plan, so players in the plan count as there, and anyone marked Not today doesn't.
• Event lists show whether each event is a Trial, Session or Match, and sessions show players, declines and no-shows instead of application counts.
• Copy and Share Staff Join Link now work first time, and staff join links and event links open straight in the app when it's installed.
• Faster loading on a poor signal when you first open the app.

### 4.4.5 — 2026-09-30

Match day, from the desk. TalentHub365 4.4.5 makes the check-in desk and the bib bag behave on the night.
• Walk-ups: someone turns up who isn't on the event? Type their name at the desk and add them — one tap puts them on the event and checks them in, whether they're already on your Players list or brand new.
• Bibs: the suggested number range now allows for the numbers you don't have, so nobody is left without a bib; type your own end and the app says how many short you are and offers the number to use.
• Sessions and matches: Edit player opens the player's own record, and Remove takes them off the match without deleting anything. Changes to a player's record carry onto their upcoming sessions.
• Poor signal: the match plan opens from what your phone already holds and says when you're looking at a saved copy, and the app keeps what it has loaded between launches.
• Squads: a new Activities tab lists every email and text sent to the squad, with any replies.
• Sign-in: a mistyped email domain is caught before a code is sent, with the likely address to tap, and the emailed sign-in link no longer stalls on "Signing you in…".
• Plus: a cleared public venue name stays cleared, two phones checking one player out no longer disagree, and signing out clears this device's copy of your data.
