If I start a video it frequently allows my phone to automatically lock repeatedly. I use an IPhone 16 so it’s a newer phone. Additionally it frequently restarts the video at the beginning if I have to stop using the app for a while. Note, I didn’t fully close the app it just randomly decides to start over. I have not determined why sometimes I can pickup where I left off and others I have to try and find out where I left off and see if I can move myself forward to that time. The video won’t always start if I try to do this. ### 2/5 — Frustrating to use *2025-11-02, version 4.4.21* This app forever closes while I am watching a video thus stopping the dialogue. I have to constantly unlock my phone and restart the video. This is an app problem not an iPhone problem as YouTube doesn’t do this. Also, if you quit watching a video and hope to start where you left off good luck as it only works if you restart quickly. I am not shutting down the app but rather stopping the video and letting my phone lock. I'm in charge of making sure our employees complete their TalentLMS. It's an undertaking but I try to make sure they know it's educational. It almost cost me my mental sanity because some employees are just determined not to do it, even though it’s required of every worker. While they offer a free trial, if the service doesn’t suit your needs, they do not honour or offer refunds. This lack of flexibility is frustrating, especially for businesses trialling the software to determine if it’s the right fit.
