I downloaded the game and when I try to open it, it goes through the progress bars to load and open the app then won’t let me actually start the game

Everything appears to be running correctly, then you click “Log in” and an exception is thrown stating you are currently logged in, but the game never moves past the Splash screen.

The graphics and characters are fantastic, and I've been enjoying playing it immensely. However, the screen options can be overwhelming at times, making it difficult to remember where to navigate for specific actions. It can be quite confusing. Overall, it's an impressive MMO.
