## What is Tales of Valoris?

Tales of Valoris: Swallow’s Defenders

Swallow’s Keep is a place of great prosperity; however, not all lands share in its wealth, and it has caught the eye of ambitious adversaries. As the player, you’ll be the Commander of a small army tasked with preserving peace and order. Can you defend your home against the bandits?

20 High-Stakes Levels:

Many people across Illumnia require the aid of Swallow’s Keep. Survive this Tale of Valoris by completing 20 captivating levels across 4 chapters. The story begins with you defending your home from a bandit siege. After successfully protecting their home, players will have the opportunity to travel across the land to places such as the Oreliana Ruins to stop those that threaten their livelihood.

Command a Powerful Legion:

The Green Prince’s army has a variety of ways to defend itself: unique human troops like the powerful Crossbow Women destroy enemies from afar and combat items like the Bear Trap shut down close-range attackers.

Perilous Opponents:

From vaulting thieves to mad poets, many types of bandits seek the fortune of Swallow’s Keep. Be wary of the various enemies throughout each chapter, as each comes with its own boss you must overcome.

Strategy wins the Day:

### 3/5 — Fun but energy ruins it

*2025-04-24*

Fun game but i’d like to play more than 30 minutes at a time I absolutely hate games that forced me to spend money to refill my energy A game is boring if I can’t play it for long especially when you kind of need multiple attempts and failing doesn’t give your energy back L Devs

### 5/5 — Fun nostalgic game

*2024-01-29*

Good game with retro graphics that bring nostalgia

### 5/5 — Careful it can be addictive

*2024-01-24*

This game is simple to understand and get addicting. The only problem is that it’s short and I want to be able to play more levels. Maybe as it gets updated we can expect more content.

### 5/5 — Nice to see the fruits of labor!

*2024-01-23*

As a lover of Plants Vs Zombies, it was easy to fall into the strategy of using the different defenders to protect the castle! I’m kinda obsessed with this game now! Great job everyone!

### 5/5 — A diamond in the rough!!

*2024-01-22*

Takes of Valoris is a pleasant surprise. It has a fun aesthetic and a clean UI.

The game scratches that Plants vs. Zombies itch in the current year with its own unique take on the tower defense genre.

Would recommend downloading for anyone who wants cozy fun or a challenge!

### 4/5 — Silly fun

*2024-01-18*

If you enjoy old English history mixed with plants vs zombies, you’ll enjoy this game. I love that it has different difficulty settings so you can choose whether you want a serious challenge or not. Give it a try!

### 5/5 — It has an archer - I was sold

*2024-01-14*

I am kind of bad at the game but I am having a lot of fun figuring it out. I really like the music, it’s super fun!

### 5/5 — Great

*2024-01-13*

Super fun game, and the sound is particularly good! OK

### 1/5 — Poor UI and extremely basic gameplay

*2024-01-13*

Graphics are quite rough, not in the since that it’s a low graphics game, but that the text is hard to read, icons are too small and it’s hard to tell what they are.

Before the game even begins you have to select your “Defenders” but starting out you don’t know what that is. It also shows all levels to select which doesn’t make sense when you haven’t done a tutorial yet,

Before playing even 20 minutes of the game it’s prompting you to either play $3.99 to refill energy or watch ads to get more. I’m all for helping a developer but that soon when you just started learning a game…

Overall the games an extremely basic tower defense type. Unfortunately, the game doesn’t pull you in and there’s nothing that screams “KEEP PLAYING ME”.

### 5/5 — Keep or Defenders?

*2024-01-13*

Swallows Keep? Swallows Defenders? Who cares? This is a silly little quirky game that you can play and watch baseball at the same time. I did run into some trouble of being to sober to fully appreciate the game, and the plants vs zombies style isn’t always something that floats my goat. I love bagels and salmon, but the biggest triumph to this AAA Game is that it was made by a dude from the states. Too many mobile games these days are made by booger wolves or schwoogies. Anyway, yeh.
