Use Tali to see today’s step-by-step tasks, track vitals (manually or with supported Bluetooth devices), and get friendly reminders so you don’t miss readings or medications. Your ranges and goals are defined by your clinicians, so you can quickly understand what’s “normal for you” and review your history over time between appointments. Have questions about your plan? Chat with Tali to get plain-language guidance related to your clinic’s instructions—like how to prepare for a reading, when to take measurements, activity limits, or what an on-screen value means—plus short educational tips available in multiple languages. You can optionally share access with a caregiver so everyone stays on the same page, and your clinic may enable alerts when something looks off to help catch issues early (program features vary by site). Built for real life, Tali focuses on wellness support—not diagnosis—so you always know your next best step while keeping your care team in the loop.
