Ensuite, un abonnement automatique de 10 € est prélevé. Je me désabonne, mais je perds également les 45 minutes incluses dans l’offre de bienvenue, alors que je ne les ai pas utilisées. Le service client m’indique que je dois payer à nouveau pour en bénéficier. The keypad within the app doesn’t work while on the call so I can’t chose any menu options and therefore the app is useless. ### 1/5 — Poor app, poor experience *2026-04-10* Received my new sim (eventually) this morning, used the app to register it, but it didn’t know I was on a monthly plan, so balance was zero. Trying to access the website said I already had an account, but no password, and the password reset feature doesn’t work. The number porting page only the website also gives an error 404. Support were no help either, and raised concerns.
