Like so many on here I have reached out to customer service and they are nonexistent. The live chat is never available and it will not except my phone number so I deleted my account thinking that it wouldn’t work when I restarted it to no avail. I contacted online support and it was like starting all over. After about 10 minutes, I was finally told that they don’t have anyone in my zip code to provide the service.
