Left in the dark

I did submit a request and it was excepted, but there is no way to reach out to the person coming to make sure that we have confirmed the time. Like so many on here I have reached out to customer service and they are nonexistent. The live chat is never available and it will not except my phone number so I deleted my account thinking that it wouldn’t work when I restarted it to no avail. I’m not sure if this person is coming on the 13th or not because I can’t contact anybody to confirm, but I will give you an update.

Don’t west your time

Don’t west your time
The app give error message all the time
Will take you forever to set it up
Open and close multiple times to try finish the setup
And then it is stack on waiting for review and nothing happens
I scheduled two appointments for a call meeting and no one call
Try contacting customer support they do not answer

Haircut

I submitted a request for an in-home haircut and didn’t receive a response. I contacted online support and it was like starting all over. After about 10 minutes, I was finally told that they don’t have anyone in my zip code to provide the service. I provided my zip code when attempting to book the haircut but I was not told that they didn’t have anyone registered for my zip code.
