## What is Talk to Me?

What goes around comes around.

Talk to Me is a quiet habit app for recording small acts of kindness as colorful "Tokuballs."

Giving up your seat. Saying thank you. Helping your family. Picking up a piece of litter.
Each time you record one of these small acts, a Tokuball settles into your bowl, and the colors of your day softly bloom across the screen.

In Japan, there is an old idea called "Tokutsumi" — building virtue, like good karma, by doing good for others without expecting anything in return. Talk to Me is a simple tool for carrying that practice into everyday life.

■ The app speaks to you
Talk to Me isn't just a place to record.
Based on the toku you've stacked, it sends words shaped just for you. Once a week, a letter arrives from the AI (the first 4 are free); write back, and your words shape the next one.
Set a goal of your own — anything at all — and the app helps you reach it through your daily toku.
Once a month, a self-analysis report sums up "who you are now" from your records.
(The personal voice, AI letters, self-analysis and reflection report are partner perks; your goals and records are free.)

■ What you can do
- Record today's kindness as Toku with a single tap
- Watch your Tokuballs pile up in your bowl, each with its own color
- Hear the app speak to you, and receive a weekly letter from the AI
- Set a goal you care about and stack toku toward it
- Build breathing and word "routines" your own way
- Jot down your daily mood and the "good things"
- See how your mood and toku relate in your reflection report
- Unlock special backgrounds and color sets (Aurora, Nagi...) by keeping up your daily Tokutsumi
- Look back on your days with a calendar and timeline, like a diary
- Keep daily notes and photos alongside your Toku
- When your bowl is full, your Toku crystallizes into a Tamashii Ball
- Quietly sense how much Toku is being built around the world

■ Movements — kindness together
New: Movements — a quiet place to plan and join small acts of kindness, like a neighborhood cleanup. Find it at the top left of Home
You can take part anonymously, meeting details are shared only with participants, and posts are reviewed before they appear
Your movement activity can be stacked onto your own Tokuball too
Movements are an optional feature you can use whenever you like — completely free.

■ No comparing, no pressure
There are no rankings and no likes in Talk to Me.
There are small celebrations when you continue — and no blame when you pause.
Your acts don't need to be grand. Go at your own pace, when you can, with what you can.

If gratitude journals or mindfulness apps never quite stuck, try this:
the app notices your small kindnesses with kind words and gently supports your self-esteem.

■ Private, no sign-up
Start right away — no account required.
Your records are for you alone. No one else will see them.

■ Pricing
Recording, praise, goals and routines — the core features are all free.
The app's personal voice, its weekly AI letters, monthly self-analysis, your reflection report, and ambient presets come with the optional Talk to Me Partner plans — Words, Memory, and World. The more it knows you, the more its words grow: with every letter and reply, the AI remembers you a little more. The yearly plan saves you two months.

Small acts of kindness settle your inner self,
and ripple outward into the world, little by little.
Pay it forward — starting today.

## Version history (last 5 releases)

### 4.0.0 — 2026-07-30

This update brings three improvements in one.

■ New: Movements
A quiet place to plan and join small acts of kindness, like a neighborhood cleanup — find it at the top left of Home. You can take part anonymously, meeting details are shared only with participants, and every post is reviewed before it appears. Your movement activity can be stacked onto your own Tokuball too. Movements are completely free.

■ Words that stay close to your mood
The AI's daily words now stay close to how you're feeling — not just the toku you've stacked. It also shares small insights from your record trends and gently suggests a next step.

■ Your journey, now free
Open your insight report to look back on how your toku add up month by month — now free for everyone. Notifications improved too: tapping one now opens the right screen, even when the app was closed.

Thank you for stacking toku with Talk to Me.

### 3.2.0 — 2026-07-22

At this milestone, we're bringing you three big updates in one.

■ The app speaks to you — and backs your goals
Based on the toku you've stacked, Talk to Me sends words shaped just for you. Once a week, a letter arrives from the AI (the first 4 are free, and your replies shape the next). Set a goal of your own — anything at all — and the app helps you reach it through your daily toku. Jot down your daily mood and "good things," and see a reflection report; a yearly plan (2 months off) rounds it out. (The voice, letters, self-analysis and reflection report are partner perks.)

■ Monthly self-analysis, and daily routines
Once a month, a report sums up "who you are now" from your records (partner perk). Set routines that steady you through breath and words, and follow a more detailed how-to guide.

■ Routines, in your own hands
Shape your routines your own way — the seconds, the words, even tap-to-advance guides. Our plans have a new name too: Talk to Me Partner, with three plans — Words, Memory, and World (same content and prices). We've also refined the letters and small touches across the app.

Thank you for stacking toku with Talk to Me.

• You can now add default Toku Balls from the list anytime.
