## What is Talk2Fit?

Most food diaries die in week two. Not because they don't work — because logging is work. Talk2Fit needs one photo or one sentence.

Snap your plate, or say "oatmeal with banana and a latte". AI recognises the dish and counts calories, protein, fat and carbs in seconds. No database digging, no typing, no guilt-trip coaching.

And when it gets a dish wrong, you fix it the same way you logged it — "that was a large bowl" — and Talk2Fit remembers your correction.

WHY TALK2FIT

• SNAP IT — photograph your plate and AI identifies what's on it. Several dishes on one plate are counted separately, and you keep only what you actually ate.
• SAY IT — log hands-free while cooking, walking or driving. Describe a dish the way you'd describe it to a friend: "a salad of cucumber, tomato and avocado" stays one salad, not three ingredients.
• GOT IT WRONG? — fix any recognition with one sentence, like "that was a large bowl, not a small one".
• SCAN IT — a barcode gives you more than the calories. See the Nutri-Score from A to E, how processed the food really is, and how much sugar, salt and fat is actually in there. The scanner is free. Forever.
• INSTANT RECOGNITION — calories and macros in seconds. Dishes you've had before log instantly, even offline. Prefer to type? Works just as well.
• "WHAT TO EAT?" — out of ideas? AI suggests meals that fit the calories and macros you have left today, with full recipes.
• YOUR WEEK, EXPLAINED — every Sunday, a report on what you ate, what changed and what one swap would do next week.
• A TARGET MADE FOR YOU — answer a few questions and get a personal daily calorie and macro target for losing, maintaining or gaining weight.
• MACROS THAT MAKE SENSE — protein, fat and carb rings based on sports nutrition science (ISSN), not guesswork.
• STAY ON TRACK — streaks, a colour-coded calendar and smart reminders keep you consistent. Share your streak and progress as beautiful cards.
• WEIGHT TREND — log your weight and watch the trend, not the daily noise. Your calorie target adapts as you progress.
• YOUR FOOD, YOUR DICTIONARY — every dish you log builds a personal food dictionary. Favourites are one tap away.
• MAKE IT YOURS — three home screen styles, light and dark themes, accent colours. At home on iPhone and iPad.
• NO SIGN-UP TO TRY — the diary, the scanner and your dictionary need no account at all, and you get free AI recognitions to try photo, voice and text before anyone asks you to register.
• PRIVATE BY DESIGN — works offline. Photos are analysed and discarded, never stored on our servers. Sync across your devices when you sign in. Export or delete your data anytime.

FREE VS PREMIUM

Barcode scanning with Nutri-Score, manual logging, your food dictionary, the calendar, streaks, weight and water tracking are free forever — and so is your weekly report. The free plan includes a daily allowance of AI recognitions. Premium removes the limits on voice and photo logging, one-sentence corrections and "What to eat?", and adds the AI explanation of your week.

Available in 12 languages: English, Deutsch, Español, Français, Italiano, Polski, Português (BR), Türkçe, Русский, Українська, 日本語, 한국어.

Talk2Fit is not a medical service; calorie estimates are approximate.

## Version history (last 5 releases)

### 1.0.61 — 2026-08-31

Counting works exactly as before: say it or snap it, and it's logged. What's new is that the app now notices when a daily target sits below what the body burns at rest, or when a timeline runs faster than usual — and says so once.
Plus a fix: sheets now fit on smaller screens instead of running past the edge.

### 1.0.60 — 2026-08-29

The camera got sharper, and it now looks where you point it.

A better frame to start from
Photos are taken at Full HD, so a plate keeps its detail instead of going soft. The scanner reads that same sharper frame, so a barcode catches at arm's length rather than making you back away from the packet.

Tap where it should focus
Tap the plate in the viewfinder and the camera focuses and sets exposure there — the gesture you already use in every other camera. The aim frame lands on the dish now, too, instead of somewhere near it.

Recommend it, and you both get a month
Inviting a friend now gives a month of Premium to each of you, and sharing sends the invitation with a link — your friend taps it instead of copying a code by hand.

Plus fixes: photo recognition stops waiting instead of spinning forever, a camera you've said no to offers a way into Settings, a payment your bank is still confirming no longer looks like a failed one, and reminders register when they should.

### 1.0.53 — 2026-08-17

Numbers tell you how much. They don't tell you what you just ate.

What is this, actually?
Open a dish and the card answers the question the numbers can't: what it's made of, how it's cooked, and where its calories come from. One plain sentence, not the same figures written twice. It's kept on your phone, so the second time you look it's already there — and it's there for a coffee or a snack, not only for dinner.

Big type, tidy screens
Turn your system font up and the app follows sensibly. Screens keep their shape, plans and prices stay readable, and nothing is left hanging off the edge.

Getting started asks less
The first-run agreements are down to what genuinely needs agreeing to: two lines instead of a page of tickboxes, and one tap to accept them all.

Plus the usual round of fixes and improvements.

### 1.0.52 — 2026-08-15

Improvements to make everyday logging easier.
Bug fixes and performance improvements.

### 1.0.50 — 2026-08-13

Your diary, on every device
Sign in once and everything you log — meals, weight, water, your own dictionary of dishes — is waiting on your other phone and on your tablet. Free on every plan.

"What to eat?" now takes direction
Ask at any point in the day, and say what you want: ideas that fit exactly the calories you have left, or ideas with no budget attached. Full recipes either way.

Try the AI before you sign up
Photo, voice and text recognition work without an account, so you can see what the app actually does before you decide anything.

Comfortable at any text size
Run your phone at a large system font and the app makes room for it.
