Few suggestions and notes: the rate us does not work on iOS device. Additionally, and I’m not sure if this is a buffering issue related to the learning coding, but the monger the conversation continues the slower the response time. Not talking a few seconds either. I am running the latest iOS, so not sure if it’s that either. I then tried to load it on my android Zfold to see if the issues cleared, but could not restore my subscription. If that’s doable, please let me know! Suggestions: Related to the response times, I did try to delete previous responses, keeping the most recent and it did seem to help - which is why I think it’s a buffering issues. It would be nice to bulk delete conversations, something similar to mail where you can select Multiple responses and then either archive or delete. Someone previously mentioned instructions and I agree. A simple FAQ would go a long way, especially on those modules that offer a mood counter. As it stands right now, there are several different types of response templates with no info. I’ll keep playing and I’m pleased with the program so far.
