Overall it’s been a reliable tool for basic call and SMS handling. I’ve had no issues with access to voicemail, and the click-to-dial feature works seamlessly with my company directory. There is always room for improvement, but for my needs, the app performs well and meets expectations. ### 1/5 — Does not do what it’s supposed to *2025-08-29* This thing want do anything right. The integration was tedious and completely stopped our teams ability to do their jobs. We had a phone system that wasn’t making calls, wasn’t taking inbound calls, and still to this day drops calls. We have been asking our rep for simple updates to make the app more efficient but they constantly ignore and abandon. To this day we get errors and more and more underlying issues. The services are a mess. It doesn’t tell us when calls are missed , no voicemails, and it doesn’t have the ability to ring from the click to dial to a cell phone when employees are all remote. Lastly you can’t get a call in when you are on the phone - even the 80s had call waiting. It’s been a month and it’s hurting our sales rep business. You can’t even check voicemail on the app and their support team & development team never have answers for anything.
