I appreciate EntertainmentTech Solutions responding to my review. I will continue to update. I am writing this review to warn all of you are considering downloading My Talking Pet AI. I downloaded this app and provided my email and billing information because that was the only way that I could obtain a trial period. Immediately I received a message from my bank, showing that my account (which is linked to my Apple Pay) had been charged for this app. I contacted Apple Support and was able to document that I contacted them less than 30 minutes after I had downloaded the app, and was being billed by this app. I did not sign up explicitly sign up for a trial period with Talking Pet AI. I did not even have a chance to use the app to see if I wanted to keep it. (Normally, when I download apps, I put a note in my calendar to delete the app within three days if I’m not satisfied with the app. I had no reason to do that with this app because I did not initiate a trial period.) So buyer beware. If you download Talking Pet AI, YOU MAY BE CHARGED IMMEDIATELY, no trial period, no opportunity to delete. Even if I get a refund, I want to warn others who may be billed without their permission. Poor poor quality. What you get is absolutely nothing like what their promo shows. Sucks you into $12 week subscription to try it m, then when you ask for refund because it doesn’t do what they advertise, they decline to refund. Stay off this folks these guys are crooks!!! ### 1/5 — Does not work as promised *2026-02-18, version 1.6.6* Do not buy this app. It absolutely does not recognize your pets as they are and makes them look very AI generated. I would like that if it would keep the character of my animals, but it does not. It also does not recognize horses. It turned my horse into a dog. The mouth does not move properly. You can’t make them mouth, smaller or larger and it looks absolutely ridiculous. It does not look anything like what you would expect it to look like from an AI generated speaking animal. I wish that I never paid for this, but the promos looked so great. Also, unless you have the picture perfect to fit into their app it doesn’t do what it’s supposed to do even with the cute pictures that it’s supposed to make and I’ve also inserted my animals into some of those backgrounds and it doesn’t come up the way it looks in the screen. It comes up with a totally different background so the whole thing is messed up. Moreover they have some incredibly lengthy legal explanation about how to cancel and the link to their email for contact doesn’t work. Don’t buy this! ### 1/5 — Scammers *2026-02-01, version 1.6.6* Whoever makes this app are scammers. Made a mistake on an order and contacted the company 4 times to ask for some conversation. They have ignored everything. They make it so hard to cancel subscription as nobody comes back to help you. So now have a yearly subscription because they have terrible customer service. I decided to give it a go as it looked so good. It’s absolutely rubbish and nothing like as advertised. Because I foolishly opened it I can’t now get my money back from Apple who aren’t listening to the problem. I’m now having to go through my bank. It is the most amateurish app I’ve seen. After my last review they promised they’d look into it if I contacted them. I did try before the review / they don’t respond. I tried after their response - no reply. Clearly scammers. Disgusting. L’application ne fonctionne absolument pas si vous cliquez sur abonnement à la semaine ils vous prendront l’abonnement à l’année directement les 44 € même si vous avez sélectionné 0,99 € à la semaine il confirmerons votre abonnement pour l’année.
