But did not like it, deleted it from my phone within same day, and cancelled email subscription two days after, however on seventh day of the 7-day free trial period, my credit card was still charged by NZD$399 through Apple Pay, I did not receive an receipt and any email communication regarding this charge. I noticed it that was when I looked my bank statement. I even could not recall what this charge was for at first sight. Have spoken my bank, it has been 15days, still have not got my money back. Do not know how to contact this app’ company, there is even no proper contact information for customers. This App is absolute money stealing and fraud. The free plan was always intended as “try before you buy” and since we added a free trial, the role of the free plan has decreased. That being said, we’d like to point out we’ve recently done the exact opposite for paid users, increasing their recording limit from 20 mins per note to 2h per note.
