Very disappointing! ### 1/5 — I don’t recommend this app *2025-10-01, version 1.61.2* Sending money to mobile wallet takes 5 minutes on every other similar app. It’s been 5 hours and messaging with customer service for 4 hours and still haven’t received the money. All I get is an apology and that there are technical issues with my transaction. When I contacted them I was told I need to be verify before the money can be sent, I later open the app and it says funds was sent but the receiver never receive the money and they now asking for another documents of my bank statement and all. It takes seconds to complete a transaction. I would not hesitate to recommend it to anyone wanting a quick money transfer to family and friends. ### 1/5 — Scam and Stolen money *2025-05-26, version 1.59.18* I have sent money to my family and i got deleted money from my bank account already but my family did not receive money yet! So i ask an agent for help but he answered like dont want to help me and automatically closed the chat while i am still need help and i did not get refund from them yet . In my personal experience with TalkRemit. They requested a document dated within the last three month , as i provided then they said no that means i have to provide full bank statements for last three months it was xaliimo who was very good at speaking somali but unfortunately thought she knows english better. It didn’t work and I was redirected to customer support. The employee chatting with me first claimed that I’ve had exceeded my attempts the previous day and after I told him that I haven’t attempted anything that day he just said that I should contact my bank. I explained to him that I doubt that the problem is with two different European banks, but with Talkremit itself and asked him to kindly find and solve it. Terrible experience with the app. I can’t even add a card to the wallet anymore.
