I am very angry. ### 1/5 — What’s the point *2026-03-25, version 3.7.0* So you have to log in with an email then have to go to your emails to get a code to log in…I thought apps were suppose to make it easier, might as well just use safari to log in…far easier. ### 1/5 — It’s a no go area *2026-03-25, version 3.7.0* I can’t believe this app it won’t even allow you access to your account never mind anything else ### 1/5 — Fake app to trick customers into believing TalkTalk has an app! *2026-03-08* You open the app and literally get a “something went wrong” pop-up on the screen that you can’t get past. I will tell you what went wrong, me choosing TalkTalk on a 2 year contract, that’s what went wrong. Anyways, back to this torture experiment of an app… It doesn’t let you login or see any screen beyond the first screen with the TalkTalk logo and a button that says “retry”. Not login or next, just retry. That looks pretty intentional to me to know your app would have an error right from the get go to put a retry button front and center. I truly doubt there is anything beyond this one singular screen that doesn’t go anywhere, and they did that on purpose so that TalkTalk could claim that they have an app like other broadband providers, when really they built a fake app. Prove me wrong TalkTalk! ### 1/5 — Awful app *2026-03-03* In this day and age, how is a big company like TalkTalk not able to maintain their app?! Especially when the majority of account settings, bills etc are only available through the app. As soon as my contract is up, I am leaving. ### 1/5 — Dumbest useless app ever *2026-02-20* Literally login to do anything it opens browser and website to have to log in again. Won’t send verification emails and the backup method verifies phone then still asks for an email before promptly rejecting multiple email addresses even the one that talktalk emailed me from. Talktalk help couldn’t help on the phone. Even the app help is utterly useless. I’m connected to full fibre 900! Spent total of over an 1 ½ hours trying to get sorted on the phone with someone but have now given up. Come on talk talk get it sorted please. ### 1/5 — TalkTalk Plus service isn't available? *2024-09-22* I'm an out of contract existing customer trying to upgrade to Full Fibre 900. The website says no problem, but it asked me to use this app to place my order. When I log in to this app, I get a message that the service isn't available to me. I spent an hour on web chat only to be told to call customer services tomorrow. It shouldn't be so hard to give you my money. 😭 ### 1/5 — Terrible! *2024-09-19, version 1.10.2* This App must be an embarrassment to TalkTalk. It just doesn’t work. Apple should intervene and remove it from the store. How can this even be available for download? Zero stars. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Fraudulent company *2026-07-05* Trying to close my account and they are purposely ignoring my requests over and over and over again to not close my account and keep charging me needlessly. I thought i got somewhere and they were finally going to close my account but they transfer it to my parents house. I’m beyond angry at the blatant fraudulent service and lying. This company needs to be investigated ### 1/5 — Terrible service, Terrible app *2026-06-17* Shocking service from this company, their broadband service is intermittent at best and you have to fight them every step of the way. An engineer was called out to my property who confirmed a fault in the cabinet which is the responsibility of the service provider yet they still tried to charge me for the engineer. Their app will not allow you to log in and neither does their website due to some sort of fault on their systems so if you want to have any contact with anyone you have to phone them. When you phone them. You can be on the line waiting for over an hour to actually speak to someone. Absolutely diabolical company all round, I do not have anything good to say about them. ### 1/5 — Fails when using a vpn *2026-05-27, version 4.2.0* You need to disable your vpn before using, even if you are vpn’d to the UK ### 1/5 — Pretty damn useless *2026-05-17, version 4.0.1* Tried downloading the app 4 times each time “something went wrong “ comes up and that’s a slammed door in the face. Talktalk seem really bad at connecting to its customers. My account runs out sept, so guess what I’m moving to anybody with better communication and if the price is cheaper all the better but foremost I want to connect to a company that whole deal is communication and connection!!!! ### 1/5 — What’s the point *2026-05-16* This app doesn’t open at all. If it tells you to get it don’t waste your data. Talk talk has the worst app and I’ve not had a great experience with customer care. Out of three calls I’ve made, two were incredibly rude. The third call was okay that’s all I can say. The actually line is perfect. ### 1/5 — Not a single redeeming feature *2026-05-05, version 4.0.0* This really is one of the worst apps I've ever encountered. I've tried it on Android as well and it's just as bad. Appearance, functionality, be prepared for problems right from your first login attempt. What app in this day and age has to send you a code every time you log in? Then often as not says the code is incorrect.
