## What is TalkTrade AU?

Aussie-built AI tool that does your tradie paperwork.

Talk to TalkTrade like you'd talk to your office admin: describe what happened on the job, and it writes the service report, quote, invoice, purchase order, or SWMS for you. Slang, shorthand, voice memo on the drive home. It all works.

Tap record and talk through the job, or type quick notes. Pick the document type. TalkTrade works out the line items, writes professional descriptions, does the maths, handles GST. Check it, send it, move on. Built for the front seat of the ute, not the back office.

ONE BRIEF, EVERY DOCUMENT
Describe the work once and generate every document from it. Toggle a quote straight to an invoice. Generate a purchase order from a quote — materials pull across, labour stripped out. Start a SWMS and it pre-fills hazards, risk ratings, and control measures based on the job and your trade. No re-entering anything.

SPEAKS TRADIE
Understands Australian trade language with 270+ terms across electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, concreting, HVAC and more. Write "gyprock" and it outputs plasterboard sheeting. Say "two and a half grand" and it enters $2,500.00. Trade-specific Service Reports for electricians (general + solar), plumbers (general + gas), HVAC and the rest — so the right fields show up for the work you actually do.

SERVICEM8 AND XERO, BUILT IN
Connect ServiceM8 and pick today's job from your dispatch board. Voice-fill any custom ServiceM8 form on site — multi-select fields, helper text, and photos bound to specific fields all work natively. Push completed reports straight back to the job. Connect Xero and send invoices as drafts in two taps. Keeps the tools you already use; removes the paperwork friction in between.

YOUR BRANDING, YOUR RATES
Your business name, ABN, contact details, and bank account on every document. TalkTrade learns your standard rates over time so prices fill themselves in — call-out fees, hourly labour, common materials. All stored on your device.

DATA STAYS ON YOUR PHONE
Customer names, addresses, prices, voice transcripts — none of it transmitted to TalkTrade servers. Voice goes to OpenAI for transcription only, with no data retention. Everything else stays between you, your device, and your ServiceM8 or Xero account.
