Even more disappointing, customer support’s suggestion was simply to switch providers if I wasn’t happy. Reliability and availability are the basics of any telephone service. If you can’t provide that, and your response is to tell customers to leave, there’s a serious problem. I can’t recommend this service. Go with other companies!
