Start with your profile, then follow a practical growth-support plan built around your body, routine, and goals. Taller brings your height log, daily checklist, meal basics, sleep habits, recovery signals, AR form checks, and Apex AI coach into one calm app designed for teens and wellness-focused users.

What you can do with Taller:

- Follow a daily growth-support routine for stretching, posture, sleep, meals, hydration, and recovery
- Log height, weight, meals, exercise, and sleep quickly with Quick Add
- Track height history and habit consistency over time
- Review Food Growth basics like protein, calcium, and vitamin D habits
- Check recovery readiness across sleep, nutrition, training load, and form data
- Use AR form workouts to support safer, more consistent movement
- Ask Apex AI Coach for routine, posture, sleep, nutrition, and habit guidance
- Keep your profile private with generated-user identity instead of email or password login
- Unlock Premium for deeper AI coaching, guided plans, full routine support, and advanced tracking

Taller is designed for consistency, confidence, and better health habits. It does not provide medical advice, diagnose conditions, or guarantee height increase. Users under 18 should use Taller with parent or guardian guidance.

Taller Premium is available as an auto-renewable subscription with weekly and yearly options. Trial availability and pricing are shown in the App Store purchase sheet before confirmation. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings.
