The function is not working for my Apple Watch. Just reads “No counter list found. First Add New Counter from iPhone App. Then Tap Refresh.” 

Nothing happens when I tap “Refresh”. 

I also purchased the permanent/full version.

Best counter app found so far. No ads and no data collected . Widgets are also free ,just loving it
