I love the minimalist look. It’s works but has some flaws. I use it during workouts instead of a pen and paper tally chart but it’s too easy to accidentally trigger the count. For example I might pickup my phone to add a count, but as I put the phone down it’s easy to accidentally touch the screen. It would be good to assign regions where the count will trigger. Or have a setting where you can disable the touch trigger and use the volume buttons only. Another option would be to have an option to keep the screen on so that the user doesn’t need to pickup and put down the phone. ### 4/5 — Offline Issue *2026-02-08, version 4.0.6* ***Update***: The developer responded quickly and fixed the Apple Watch offline issue. The Premium was activated for free as compensation. Good support and clear communication. Old review: Paid 5€ for this app specifically to use it on Apple Watch WITHOUT my iPhone, and surprise: it doesn’t work offline at all. That’s literally the whole point of a watch tally counter. When the watch is offline, the app is useless — counts don’t work properly, don’t save, or don’t sync later. There is zero warning about this before paying. If I wanted to depend on my phone, I wouldn’t bother using a Watch app in the first place. ### 4/5 — Widget? *2024-08-29, version 3.2* Great app. Would be good if you could add it as a widget. The only issue I have found, like others, is that when I try to close the app by swiping up, the counter increases by 1 each time (perhaps the opposite to what has been mentioned before). Thank you But the reset button is quite small (on an iPhone 12). As someone who likes to reset frequently, it would be nice to add a long press to reset. So the interaction would be: On press: increment On swipe: decrement On long press: reset A further enhancement would be to turn the decrement into a swipe down gesture specifically. Then add a swipe right gesture that automatically creates another counter (rather than having to do the current 4-5 step process) ### 4/5 — Wish that the numbers turning turned the right way *2024-03-13, version 3.1* When the numbers increase they have a cool animation where they spin up. But when they decrease it doesn’t spin the opposite way. Thats my one gripe with this app but its amazing!! Only issue with it though is that the reset button is TINY. Simple design and looks great but whenever you close the app (swipe up to get to Home Screen) it adds to the counter making coming and going from the app difficult. I found if you open the menu (bottom right) then exit the app the counter isn’t affected. Opened app. Grey screen, zero buttons besides “reset” in upper right hand corner. Couldn’t click it or anything else…simple because there was nothing else. This app literally does not function. Super annoying and the combination makes this app unusable. Too often the app does not work and needs to reconnect to the app on the iPhone. I think that with little effort to develop this can be solved. There are many examples where both apps on watch and iOS sync later ... ### 3/5 — Watch app needs work *2025-12-08, version 4.0.3* Paid extra for the watch app so I wouldn’t have to use my phone but often when you open it it asks you to open your phone app to sync. No option to turn this off if you don’t want to sync and just want to use the watch app. Also sync conflicts between phone mean your counter might go down at times which is very frustrating. Please just include an option to have an independent counter on watch so I don’t need to touch my phone and I don’t need to worry about sync conflicts messing up my counter. ### 3/5 — Needs a few fixes since new update *2023-05-03, version 3.0* I enjoy the simple and intuitive design of this counter app. I also like that the new update added the option to have multiple timers. I only gave 3 stars instead of 5 because when you swipe from the bottom of the screen to switch apps, the counter increases, which is pretty irritating. Another issue is that the button to reset the counter is small, so when trying to click it, it sometimes increases the counter instead of resetting.
