Receipts don’t always arrive on paper, so this version adds a third way in. Upload a PDF Bills and e-invoices that arrive as a PDF can now be scanned straight from Files, alongside the camera and your photo library. Everything after that works exactly as it does for a photo: review what was read, fix anything wrong, tap save. Keep a copy of each receipt Turn it on in Settings and TallyVally saves the photo or PDF each new receipt was scanned from, so you can look at it later without keeping the paper. Tap a saved photo to open it full screen and zoom in, or a saved PDF to open it wherever you like. It stays off until you ask for it, it applies to new receipts only, and Settings can delete every copy it saved. A savings total that matches the paper Your savings now add the loyalty line and the coupon line together, which is what the receipt itself prints. Some receipts were reporting less than you actually saved.

No, TallyVally does not require any bank logins. It operates solely by processing the information from your physical receipts.
How does TallyVally handle discounts and savings?
The app automatically identifies coupons, loyalty discounts, and fuel points directly from the receipt. It then sums these up to show you exactly how much you've saved.
Can TallyVally answer questions about my spending?
Yes, you can ask TallyVally questions in your own words, such as 'What did I spend on groceries this year?' or 'Where is coffee cheapest?'. It calculates answers directly on your phone from your scanned receipts.
Is TallyVally free to use?
TallyVally offers a generous free tier with 10 scans and 10 questions that never expire, plus monthly additions. Additional scans and questions can be obtained through in-app purchases.
How secure is my financial data with TallyVally?
Your receipts and spending data live on your iPhone. TallyVally does not sync data between devices or store copies of your spending on its servers. It never asks for or stores full card numbers, PINs, or CVVs.
Does TallyVally support multiple currencies?
Yes, TallyVally reads the currency from each receipt and converts it at the published rate from the payment day, ensuring accurate historical spending totals even when traveling.
