I’ve been doing Fitbit, Apple Fitness, you name it for years and none of them were super helpful for me. 

I’ve been using this for a few weeks and I’m a convert for sure.  My score is easy to understand and i really like getting recommendations about what I can do to be more healthier (sleep is a biggie for me).

I’d recommend it if you want more than counting steps and how much you stand up.
