## What is Tallyy?

Tallyy is the attendance-points app for teams that run on a points-based attendance policy. Employees always know where they stand, and managers can act quickly and fairly.

FOR EMPLOYEES
• See your current points total and disciplinary standing at a glance
• Know what's next: points about to drop off, and how close you are to your next clean-streak reduction
• Review your full history, including dropped and voided entries
• Read your company's policy: point values, thresholds, and how points come off

FOR MANAGERS
• Scan your team's standings by department
• Issue points in three quick steps — and see the impact before you confirm, including whether it crosses a disciplinary threshold
• Void entries with a recorded reason, reset PINs, and attach write-ups to an employee's record

FOR ADMINS
• Set point values, drop-off periods, and clean-streak reductions
• Control exactly what managers are allowed to do
• Review a complete audit log of sensitive changes
