Uploads are usually done at the end of the day as we drive home. I have had videos take all night to upload. Vendor blames our internet. I have used work phone, personal internet, hotspot, client, and random free providers and always have issues. Now we have a new page and it is so redundant it makes my head hurt. I should not have to scroll through 300 clients that are no longer alphabetical listed as new clients are added. Maybe that is my company being cheap, but alphabetically listed should be a thing. Allowing me to just type in the box would be way more efficient than scrolling to get to the 8 clients at my location versus the 300 across 50 states. ### 1/5 — Awful *2023-02-13, version 301.87.5* Disgusting app with garbage soft ### 1/5 — Difficult *2022-12-08, version 301.87.3* It doesn’t work good. I know guys who have literally quit their jobs to avoid Talonview. ### 1/5 — Not working *2022-09-26, version 301.86.3* After last updating the application has stopped working ### 1/5 — Don’t install it on your device if you have ANY other option. *2022-09-19* Theoretically an app for tracking job completion thoroughly is a great idea, but it is implemented so poorly. The user interface is not natural, so unless it’s your only job to manage jobs and data in the app, you are going to be frustrated every time you have to open it. This app feels like it’s chinese spyware masquerading as a productivity app. While using it, it is constantly slowing down, failing to upload, generally crashing. It feels like the app is too busy scraping your phone of your personal data and putting it on a platter for someone. Taking a photo in the app is an awful experience, but god forbid you accidentally upload a picture you did not intend to, you cannot seem to remove any photo you have uploaded. Or perhaps the feature is intentionally buried. The viewfinder shows you a certain framing, but as soon as you capture the photo, it captures areas intentionally framed out. The whole thing feels like it was more important to design features that intentionally subverted the intentions of the uploader, above any performance and optimization. It’s so awful that I recommend nobody install it on their personal devices, it is not up front with how much of your private data/files/pictures will be shared in the background. Also be wary, much like a student in a video call class, muting yourself may not do anything at all. The host of the live call seems to be able to hear/react to things you absolutely wanted to say privately. I don’t like leaving any reviews, much less negative ones, but with apps like this, they DESERVE their one star. 6 one star reviews is not a review bomb, nobody wants to use this garbage, but additionally everyone knows that complaining is without meaningful effect, as those designing the app, and those choosing to use it, cannot afford themselves the humility to hear criticism of their terrible implementation of a good idea. ### 1/5 — Awful *2022-09-09* Terribly designed app. Constant crashing and and freezing of the app. Photos uploaded faster in 2002 than in 2022 with this app. Literally better off just using a polaroid camera and writing notes than trying to use this piece of garbage. It will never be updated to be usable and if you are considering using this app save yourself some sanity and do not get this. Ill continue to say that this app is total garbage. Terribly laid out, takes forever to upload, constant crashes, the in-app camera is zoomed in for no reason and you cant use side buttons to snap s photo. The process after you upload to check on your pictures and maybe fix some mistakes is a nightmare to go through. In short just burn the app and start anew. The layout is without any relevant thought. The inconsistency of photos reaching the fro the field to the review personnel is literally non-existent. Previously, captured or existing media files were displayed in Descending Order (Newest First), making the most recently added image or document immediately accessible at the top of the list. Currently, the list appears to be sorting in Ascending Order (Oldest First), requiring users to scroll to the end of the list to locate the newest item for upload. Please advise on how to revert this list sort order setting to display the newest media first. ### 1/5 — After the update they made the app worse than it was. *2025-10-27* After the update, it became extremely inconvenient to upload photos to the app. How amazing that they managed to ruin an efficiently working app and make it super inconvenient 👍 ### 1/5 — New update hard to use *2025-10-23* New update are awful for phone user as tower guy ### 1/5 — 2025 16.0 Update. *2025-10-22, version 2025.16.0* Please revert back to old version. There are more bugs than ever. My photos don’t upload when they say they did. I can’t see which photos are input for each form anymore. This update completely screwed me over when I was supposed to have a VQA Scheduled. They didn’t approve when I didn’t have my photos in because this app can’t seem the function normally. I hate this app . ### 1/5 — for Talonview support *2025-10-22* After the latest Talonview update, we’ve encountered a usability issue. Previously, we were able to add photos directly under each section (for example, “Alpha Sector Overview – Rear View” or “Top View”) using the camera option right inside the form. Now, after the update, we can only upload photos from the Main Gallery, which makes the process much less convenient. It takes extra time to search among hundreds of photos instead of capturing and uploading them directly to the correct section. We kindly ask you to restore the previous functionality that allowed users to take and upload photos directly under each section. It should let you keep snapping pictures while it uploads in the background. Also, it will save every picture to your camera roll so be ready for that ### 1/5 — Your update caused an issue *2024-11-10* After your most recent update, I am no longer able to que my photos to easily sort through and choose to upload. With so many photos we work through in our close out, this is devastating. I have tried to report the issue but am unable to, so I will just write it here.
