I tried for over an hour typing up seven different times what went wrong and the app froze before I could send it or write the app… it’s set up so if things fail you were not able to get to customer service and if you’re able to call them, they are absolutely no help at all either.. the lady was actually quite rude to me on the phone, raising her voice and talking fast enough that I couldn’t understand her and then she hung up on me. ### 1/5 — Very stressful *2023-04-18, version 4.3.6* I prepared myself to the max. It was very difficult due to many technical difficulties. It would freeze in the middle of questions. It would crash and shut off and start me over. And when you call customer service they would be very difficult to work with. When you ask questions they would ignore the questions and were overall very rude. ### 1/5 — App is broken *2022-09-21, version 4.3.3* I have used this app in the past for previous employers and it worked absolutely fine but recently I’ve been trying to move to a different position and I still have to go through the same interview process so I had to use this app to interview for the position. The second time around I had to use this app has been absolutely horrendous I have tried everything under the sun including making sure that my phone was up-to-date and clearing cache deleting and re-downloading the app, restarting my phone and nothing works. I don’t have a computer so doing it that way won’t help right now and when I tried contacting support they told me to do what I already told them I did. Which made me feel like I wasn’t even heard or like as if they didn’t even read the ticket I submitted to support. My microphone works absolutely fine on other apps this is the only app it’s not working and I would hate to lose an opportunity all because this app doesn't work. I hope my company chooses a different company to run the interviews soon. This is asinine ### 1/5 — Just awful *2022-08-23, version 4.3.1* I hate this app. It wouldn’t even work on my phone and I had to try two other devices before it let me pass the mic test. It’s also just a horrible experience as an applicant. I get that some companies want to save the hassle of going through a lot of applicants but I can guarantee that this process will make people withdraw applications because it’s just disrespectful. I personally almost withdrew my application for this reason alone. If the developers see this review and feel the need to reach out to try to “help” me with my issues just save it. I’m not changing my review and I hope I never have to use this app again. ### 1/5 — HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! *2022-08-23, version 4.3.1* This app is absolutely horrendous and employers should stop using it as an electronically interview tool! I was applying to a store and have tried everything under the sun but it is absolutely useless and won’t allow me to record or upload my responses to their questions!! After having tried so many times I just gave up and ended up having to message my, now probably NOT!!!, future employer that I couldn’t do the interview due to their absolutely buggy and useless app!! I am SO disappointed and I hope that they see this review and actually take measures to fix it rather than just being like every other app on this god forsaken plat form and allowing it to stay broken and mess up the days of working class people. ### 1/5 — Terrible *2022-08-22, version 4.3.1* The app freezes and sometimes it doesn’t even record your answers. i’ve had to close out the app multiple times in the app sometimes even four stops itself I’ve had to re-enter the same question over 10 times to get any semblance of progress. I would not recommend anyone ever use this app. ### 1/5 — Avoid (if you can) CURRENTLY A BROKEN APP *2022-08-18, version 4.3.1* Since Covid, we have all probably gotten some experience with app or websites for remote/video interviews. After using several, this is without a doubt the worst for one major reason: it freezes in the middle of answering a question. I had to force the app to close and then reopen it. Fortunately, I had the ability to record my answers again, which in some cases I had to do 7 or 8 times per question. What should have been a 10 minute interview turned into over an hour. I tried multiple troubleshooting steps on my end with no results. The app kept freezing. If you’re someone seeking a job, you won’t get much of a choice whether or not you have to use this. My sympathies if you do. If you are a business considering whether or not to use this product, simply avoid it. It turned what should have been a positive interview into one of the worst interview experiences in my life. Edit: finally made it through the interview after about two hours and the app did not upload any of my responses. If you are an employer, STOP USING THIS APP UNTIL THESE PROBLEMS ARE RESOLVED. In its current state, it is functionally broken. ### 1/5 — Interview *2022-08-17, version 4.3.1* I retried the same questions multiple times for it to freeze and not upload my responses. this made it difficult coming up with solid answers because I knew it would freeze at any moment. after 2 hours of persistent restarts i finally got through all 7 questions and it still wouldn’t pass the screen saying I finished. this took way more time than necessary. to put it in perspective, each question has a maximum response time of 2 minutes and there’s only 7 questions, so why it would take two hours to answer at max 14 minutes of questions is ridiculous. with these hiccups I had to answer a few questions early in hopes that my app wouldn’t freeze. I hope this doesn’t have a direct effect on my chances of being hired. ### 1/5 — That was the worst interview process I have ever used *2022-07-29, version 4.3.1* Web page does not pick up voices on desktop so forget using that. The app applies some sort of voice filter on your voice, and constantly bugs you about responses being too short even if they were thoroughly answered. Then at the end when you try to rate your experience it won’t let you check box what went wrong. ### 1/5 — Not that very user friendly *2022-02-01, version 4.3.0* I understand the risk with in person interview with covid going on and all that. But having to record answers to questions in flash cards can't be an accurate way to decide who you want to employ for your company or not. I'd rather have a phone call or zoom if they need to see my face.
