## What is Talvor?

Talvor. Never be at a loss for words again.

Talvor listens to your sales conversation and hands you the next question to ask — while you're still in the room. Not a call recap tomorrow. Not a bot that joins your video call as a visible participant. It works in the conversation you're having right now: on a job site, at a customer's desk, or beside a call on speaker — a laptop on a video call, a desk phone, a handset on the table — where a meeting bot can't join.

BUILT ON APPLE INTELLIGENCE AND THE NEURAL ENGINE
Transcription, telling your voice apart from everyone else's, and the discovery questions themselves all run on your device using Apple Intelligence and Apple's on-device speech models. There's no server in the loop, and your conversation never leaves your device.

WHAT IT DOES ON A REAL CALL
• Transcribes the conversation live, on-device, as it happens
• Tells you apart from everyone else automatically — no manual tagging
• Recognizes each voice in the room, and learns names as people introduce themselves or address each other
• Shows up to three discovery questions at a time, built from what the other person just said — and when nothing specific holds up, one open discovery question instead of a guess
• Checks each question against the conversation first, and drops the ones it can tell rest on a misheard word, a detail nobody mentioned, or something you already asked
• Tells you who to ask, by name, when several people are talking
• Between questions, shows what it has picked up — the numbers, names and details the other person gave you, in their own words
• Goes quiet between batches on purpose
• Stop listening to step away and pick the same call back up, or start a new one when the next conversation begins
• If a phone call on the same device takes the microphone, Talvor shows that it has paused and picks up again when the call ends
• Tap any word in the transcript to correct a mishear, for this call only or for every call from then on, and add your product names and jargon to My terms
• Touch and hold a line that was someone else's, choose Not me, and pick who said it
• Tells you when the transcript falls behind, or when it's time to re-record your voice sample

AFTER THE CALL (Talvor Pro)
• Save the transcript and recording on your device
• Apple Intelligence writes Meeting Notes from your own transcript — an overview, key points, decisions, concerns, and action items with an owner and a deadline — and leaves out tasks and decisions it can tell nobody agreed to.
• Export notes, transcript and audio in any combination, as text and audio files you can share to email or Files
• What you didn't cover: lists the discovery topics that never came up in a saved call, each with a question for your follow-up
• If Talvor stops unexpectedly mid-call, a call you were saving comes back the next time you open it
• Delete saved calls, one or several at a time, with everything kept with them
• Every saved call keeps its own timestamped consent record

BUILT WITH CONSENT IN MIND
Saving a transcript or a recording is off by default. Starting a call, or turning either one on, shows a consent reminder for each new conversation, and a timestamped record is kept with the call. The reminder is not legal advice.

## Version history (last 5 releases)

### 1.0.12 — 2026-10-13

Not me. If a line of yours was really someone else's, touch and hold it, choose Not me, and pick who said it, or add someone new. Their voice won't be taken for yours again on that call.

Meeting Notes keep writing when you leave the screen. Look at another call while they finish; Call History shows "Writing notes…" until they're ready. Long calls take fewer passes, so notes arrive sooner.

Notes leave out what nobody said. A decision or an action item has to come from something someone agreed to in the conversation, and a deadline has to have been said. Rewrite notes redoes the notes on any saved call.

Steadier speaker labels. If the speaker models stop responding partway through a call, Talvor reloads them and carries on with the voices it has already learned. A line of yours that starts right after someone else stops is less likely to be taken for a new person, and names are less likely to move to the wrong voice.

Corrections reach your saved calls. This is me and Not me now carry into the saved transcript and notes.

Never be at a loss for words again.

Everything still runs on your iPhone, and your conversation never leaves it. No account, no sign-in.

### 1.0.11 — 2026-10-11

Fix a misheard word in one tap. Tap any word in the transcript, type what was meant, and choose This Call Only or Always. Words it may have misheard are marked with a dotted underline in what it's picked up; tap one to add it to My terms. "Fixing mistakes", behind the ⓘ beside the transcript, lists every correction you can make.

Try a sample call. Not in a conversation yet? Tap Try a sample call on the main screen to watch a short scripted call play through and the first questions arrive. No microphone, nothing recorded.

Fewer questions that miss. Before a question reaches your screen, Talvor checks it against the conversation and drops the ones it can tell rest on a misheard word, a detail nobody mentioned, or something already asked or answered. When nothing specific holds up, you get one open discovery question instead of a guess.

Better at telling voices apart. Several people heard through one laptop speaker no longer blur into one name, and the first word of each turn lands on the right person more often.

What you didn't cover (Talvor Pro). A saved call now lists the discovery topics that never came up, each with a question for your follow-up. Exported notes include it too.

A phone call on the same iPhone takes the microphone. Talvor now says so — "Paused for a call" — and picks up again when the call ends.

New Call ends and saves the current call without starting to listen again. Start Listening begins the next one.

If Talvor stops unexpectedly mid-call, a call you were saving comes back next time as a recovered call, with its transcript, audio and consent record.

Talvor tells you when the transcript is running behind, and when your voice sample no longer matches you and it's time to re-record it.

Call History: select several calls and delete them together.

Exported audio is now a compact M4A file, prepared in the background so sharing a long call no longer stalls. Long notes show their progress as they're written.

If this device can't run Apple Intelligence, or it's turned off or still downloading, the questions panel now says which, and what still works.

Never be at a loss for words again.

Everything still runs on your iPhone, and your conversation never leaves it. No account, no sign-in.

### 1.0.10 — 2026-10-07

Stop Listening now pauses the call instead of ending it.

Step outside, take a question, walk to the next room — tap Start Listening again and you are back in the same call, with the same transcript and the same voices already named. The call is written to Call History when you tap New Call, or when you leave the app.

One conversation is now one entry in Call History instead of one per interruption.

Saved calls can be deleted. Press and hold a call in Call History, tap Edit, or open the call and use Delete Call at the bottom. Talvor names the call and asks first, then removes the transcript, the audio and the notes from your device.

If you turn down the microphone or speech recognition prompt, the first screen now tells you which one is missing and takes you to Settings, instead of leaving you on a button that does nothing.

A name said as the speaker changes is picked up now, so "Thanks, Priya" names that voice even when it lands on the turn boundary.

Saving audio also survives a change of microphone. Plugging in headphones part-way through a call used to end the recording there.

Never be at a loss for words again.

Everything still runs on your iPhone, and your conversation never leaves it. No account, no sign-in.

### 1.0.8 — 2026-10-02

Better questions, chosen rather than taken.

Talvor now works up several sets of questions for each moment and shows you the strongest one, instead of showing whatever came back first. On our own test conversations that lifted how much of what a buyer said the questions actually picked up, by about a third.

A question also has to say which of your buyer's words it was built on, and it is thrown away if those words were never spoken. That quietly removes a kind of question that sounded plausible and was about nothing.

Meeting Notes no longer open with a meeting date, day or time that nobody mentioned, and no longer say the same thing twice.

Never be at a loss for words again.

Everything still runs on your iPhone, and your conversation never leaves it. No account, no sign-in.

### 1.0.7 — 2026-10-01

A turn no longer breaks apart while someone is still talking.

Talvor had been reading the delay between a word being spoken and Talvor recognizing it as a pause in the conversation. On a long answer that split one turn into several and moved the speaker's name around mid-sentence. Talvor now measures that delay and waits it out, so a turn stays whole and keeps the name it started with.

A word or two handed to the wrong voice no longer becomes a turn of its own either — those words join the sentence they belong to.

Names also settle sooner, instead of catching up a few seconds behind the conversation.

Audio left behind by a call that ended unexpectedly is now cleared when the app next opens, so it stops taking up room on your iPhone.

Never be at a loss for words again.

Everything still runs on your iPhone, and your conversation never leaves it. No account, no sign-in.
