The application let’s you book taxi to Airport. But it’s an error. Once you sit in the taxi, you get the surprise. Please be aware. Talya taxi don’t go to the airport.

Nothing ia good in this app. U camt select anything. And it seems like bug. And i thought its like uber booking. But no! Nothing loke that

I recently had a terrible experience. I ordered a taxi and after a 20-minute delay, the driver finally called asking for the location, which he apparently just saw. When I asked him where he was, he said "ok ok I will check" and then hung up on me. Immediately after, he canceled the trip without any explanation, leaving me stranded after a 30-minute wait. I tried calling him back, but he never responded. This level of service is completely unacceptable. Avoid this app if you want reliable transportation.

شركة في غاية السوء واللامبالاة .. في بداية انطلاق الشركة كانت جيدة ومحترمة والخدمة جيدة ، الآن وبعدما استحوذت على جميع سيارات الأجرة أصبحت من أسوأ الشركات بل أسوأها على الأطلاق، وأرسلت أكثر من ايميل بالشكاوي وتم تجاهلها، أولاً عند الطلب يقبل السائق حتى ولو كان على بعد مسافة 30 كيلومتر وغالبية السائقين يتجاهل ولا يقبل الطلب وجميعهم يشتكون أن الشركة لا تعطيهم مقابل جيد .. يوجد إهمال متعمد لأن جميع السائقين يعملون بشركة أخرى منافسة ولا يوجد أي رد فعل ولا تحسين لمستوى الخدمة ولا السائقين من الشركة .. ثانياً التطبيق يقوم بعمل جوائز وهمية لخداع الزبائن ليس لها وجود وهذا مخالف للقانون .. ثالثاً غالبية الطلبات يتم إلغائها بعد الانتظار لوقت طويل .. رابعاً سوف أقوم بحذف التطبيق

Before the taxis very nice cause they were Talya taxis who used to be Indians and they spoke English , Arabic and Hindi which was very nice. But now they hire anyone and it shows , the cab drivers don’t speak anything other than Arabic and the are rude when you try and communicate. I was happy when this app first came out , but not anymore
